Full Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions (“Rules”) that apply to Cinch’s Crystal Palace Tickets and Signed Merch promotion (“Promotion”). By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to these Rules and confirms they have read and understood the Cinch Privacy Notice at https://www.cinch.co.uk/privacy. Please also see how we limit our liability in the “Liability” section below.

  1. Promoter: Cinch Cars Limited, a company registered in England (company no. 11520330) with its registered office address at Headway House, Crosby Way, Farnham GU9 7XG (“Cinch”).
  2. Entry period: The Promotion opens for entry at 00:01 UK time on 5th August 2022 and closes at 23:59 UK time on 4th September 2022 (“Entry Period”).
  3. Eligibility: Entry is open to legal residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales only) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. The Promotion is not open to employees and contractors of Cinch, CPFC Limited (“CPFC”), Cinch and CPFC group companies, their families, households and anyone else professionally involved or associated with the Promotion. Cinch reserves the right at any time to require proof of eligibility in such form as Cinch reasonably considers necessary.
  4. How to enter: To enter the Promotion, entrants must visit the Promotion microsite at cpfcsignedshirtsandtickets.cinchpresents.co.uk during the Entry Period and enter the entrant’s name, email address and mobile number. A limit of one (1) entry per person applies to the Promotion. Cinch reserves the right at any time to disqualify anyone found to have entered more than once, including by using multiple accounts.
  5. Prizes: There are two (2) prizes to be won in this Promotion (each a “Prize”). There will be one (1) prize draws, with one (1) first prize and two (2) runner-up prizes available in the prize draw

    First prize:

    • Two (2) winners will win
      • Five (5) pairs of general admission tickets for use by the winner and one (1) guest for the CPFC men’s first team at Selhurst Park, London Premier League fixtures throughout October to December in the home area.
      • One (1) CPFC men’s team replica presentation shirt from the 2022/23 season signed by members of the playing team.
      • One (1) CPFC football signed by members of the men’s playing team.

    General admission tickets for the CPFC men’s first team at Selhurst Park , London, Premier League fixtures throughout October to December include:

    • Crystal Palace vs. Chelsea (01/10/22, 3pm kick off)
    • Crystal Palace vs. Leeds (08/10/22, 3pm kick off)
    • Crystal Palace vs. Wolves (18/10/22, 8pm kick off)
    • Crystal Palace vs. Southampton (29/10/22, 3pm kick off)
    • Crystal Palace vs. Fulham (26/10/22, 3pm kick off)

    Fixture dates and kick off times are subject to change depending on broadcast selections. You will be notified when each fixture is confirmed.

    These general admission tickets will be made available from the general admission ticket allocation provided by CPFC to Cinch in respect of the 2022/23 season.

    Runner-up prize 1: Two (2) runners up will win a CPFC men’s team presentation shirt from the 2022/23 season signed by members of the playing team.

    Runner-up prize 2: Two (2) runners up will win a CPFC football signed by members of the men’s playing team.

  6. Prize conditions: The following conditions apply to the Prizes:
    • The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. However, if Cinch considers it appropriate, or if it becomes necessary for reasons beyond Cinch’s control, a Prize may be varied or swapped for a suitable alternative in Cinch’s discretion.
    • The Prize excludes all costs and expenses incurred by the winner and guest that are not expressly set out above, including: (i) transportation; (ii) food and beverages; (iii) overnight accommodation; (iv) travel and medical insurance and any other required travel documents; (v) any discretionary spending; and (vi) any related taxes.
    • The Prize is subject to the CPFC ticket terms and conditions and the Selhurt Park ground regulations (https://www.cpfc.co.uk/information/guide-visiting-selhurst-park/). The winners and their guest must comply fully with such terms and conditions and all laws and regulations applicable to the Prize. In particular, the winner and guest must not be drunk, intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, bring animals (except guide dogs), carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the venue or smoke any substance on the premises. COVID-19 requirements, procedures and protocols may be in operation at matches and it is the responsibility of the winner and guest to ensure they are aware of and comply with all requirements of the venue and applicable law when attending matches. The winner and guest are responsible for their own behaviour and must take reasonable care when attending matches. The winner and/or guest may be refused entry to or asked to leave a match if they breach the ticket terms and conditions or applicable laws, or otherwise act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the venue operator, anti-social in any manner or likely to cause a disturbance or nuisance to others and may have the Prize (or any part of it) revoked at any time.
    • Cinch will have no liability to the winner or guest if the winner and/or guest are unable to receive the full benefit of the Prize or are denied entry to, or are asked to leave, the venue as a result of a failure to abide by the ticket terms and conditions, ground regulations, any applicable law or as a result of inappropriate behaviour (as each described in more detail above).
  7. Winner selection: All eligible entries for each prize draw will be entered into a random draw to select the winners on 5th September 2022. The winners of the first prize will be the entrants whose name is drawn first from all eligible entries. The next four (4) runner-up prizes will be awarded to the next entrants to be drawn in each prize draw.
  8. Winner notification: The winners will be notified by phone call and/or email using the contact details collected at the time of entry within one (1) day of the completion of the winner selection process. Cinch will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners, but it is each winner’s responsibility to monitor their email address (including spam folder) and voicemail for receipt of the notification.
  9. Claiming the Prize: The winners must claim their Prizes within seventy-two (72) hours of Cinch’s initial win notification by providing the information requested in the win notification. If the winner fails to claim the Prize or fails to provide any information required by Cinch by the claim deadline, Cinch reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternative winner. The alternative winner will be selected using the same process as the original selection process and must claim the Prize within seventy-two (72) hours of Cinch’s win notification.
  10. Prize delivery:

    Prize Draw 1
    First prize: These will be sent as digital tickets and sent to the email address nominated by the winner when claiming their Prize within fourteen (14) days of making a valid claim and prior to each relevant home fixture.

    Runner Up prizes: These will be delivered to the winner at their address notified at the time of claiming the Prize within 90 (ninety) days of the end of the Prize claim period.

  11. Liability: Nothing in these Rules limits or excludes any person’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or for any matter for which liability cannot be lawfully limited or excluded. In particular, consumers have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described and services which are not performed with reasonable care and skill and these legal rights are in addition to and are not affected in any way by anything contained in these Rules. However, to the fullest extent permissible by law, neither CPFC or Cinch will be liable for: (i) any loss or damage caused by a third party who is not acting on behalf of or under the direct instructions of Cinch; (ii) any loss or damage occurring as a result of the winner taking up and using any third-party product or service forming part of the Prize (except where caused by the negligence of Cinch, its agents or distributors or that of their employees); (iii) any loss or damage caused by any event or circumstance beyond Cinch’s reasonable control; (iv) any loss of profits or revenue, loss of anticipated savings or loss of goodwill; or (v) any unavailability of Cinch’s websites, apps or social media accounts. Further advice about consumer rights is available from any local Citizens’ Advice Bureau (https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/) or local Trading Standards office (https://www.gov.uk/find-local-trading-standards-office).
  12. No endorsement: The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any social media platform or any other third party. All third-party trademarks and other intellectual property rights are hereby acknowledged. Use of and entry to promotions via social media platforms is always subject to the rules, terms and policies of those platforms. By participating in the Promotion, entrants are providing information to Cinch, not to the relevant social media platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the relevant social media platforms shall have no liability to any person in connection with or arising out of the Promotion howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, damages and other liabilities.
  13. Cancellation and variation: Cinch reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Promotion and/or these Rules if it considers it necessary or appropriate to do so, including if there is any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or if variation, suspension or cancellation is necessary due to an event outside Cinch’s reasonable control. In the event of cancellation, Prizes may be awarded to winners drawn from entries received prior to cancellation.
  14. Disqualification: Without limiting the options available to Cinch, Cinch reserves the right at any time to disqualify entries or entrants that Cinch regards as being in breach of these Rules, any applicable laws, any terms and conditions referred to in these Rules and/or the spirit of the Promotion.
  15. Cinch reserves the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion, including (without limitation) any entry from a person who is the subject of a stadium banning order, or is otherwise prohibited from attending football matches, by CPFC, any other professional association football club or any competent authority.
  16. Interference with the Promotion: Any attempt to damage or undermine the content or legitimate operation of the Promotion is prohibited and may also be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws. Cinch reserves all its rights and remedies to deal with breaches or suspected breaches of this Rule including, without limitation, to exclude any entrant or winner believed to be associated with such activity.
  17. Publicity: By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees that, in the event of a win, Cinch shall be entitled (but not obliged) to announce their names (and/or social media handles) on Cinch’s websites and social media. The entrant may also be asked (without further reward) to take part in reasonable publicity connected with the Promotion, such as to have their name and/or image, together with a short statement about their win, featured on Cinch’s websites and/or social media.
  18. Disclosure of winner’s details: By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way, or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting Cinch using the contact details at the end of these Rules. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that Cinch may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s entry, to the Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen where Cinch is required to demonstrate that it has awarded any advertised prizes. To request disclosure of winner details, enquirers must submit a request to events@cinch.co.uk within one (1) month following the end of the Entry Period. Details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after all Prizes have been awarded.
  19. Personal data: Entrants acknowledge that any personal data processed in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with Cinch’s Privacy Notice, which is available at https://www.cinch.co.uk/privacy. The name of the season ticket winners and their guests will be provided to CPFC to enable them to issue the season tickets.   20. Accessing these Rules: Any website on which these Rules are posted is only intended to be accessed from Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales only) and where permitted by law. Cinch makes no representation that materials relating to the Promotion are appropriate or available for use at other locations. Access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited.
  21. Severance and waiver: If any part of these Rules is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the rest of these Rules will not be affected. Cinch’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  22. Disputes: Subject to the “Law and Jurisdiction” section below, if there is a dispute about the Promotion or these Rules, Cinch’s decisions are final. If there is a conflict between these Rules and any other document referred to in these Rules, these Rules take precedence to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.
  23. Law and jurisdiction: The Promotion and these Rules are governed by English law, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in the Scottish courts.

CPFC Ticket Terms and Conditions

CPFC Limited, Selhurst Park Stadium, Holmesdale Road, London, SE25 6PU (the “Club”).

  1. Issue of Home Match Ticket
    1. The issue of a Home Match Ticket and subsequent access to the Ground is subject to the Terms & Conditions of Entry (which can be found on or accessed via the Club's website at www.cpfc.co.uk or can be provided upon written request to the Club).
    2. Home Match Tickets are for the use of supporters of the Club only. By applying for the Home Match Ticket and/or using the same you hereby warrant and represent that you are a supporter of the Club and/or that you are not a supporter of the Visiting Club.
  2. Admission to the Ground
    1. By purchasing and/or accepting and/or holding a Home Match Ticket and/or using a Home Match Ticket to gain access to the Ground, you:
      (a) certify that you have read, understood and accepted;
      (b) agree to be bound by and to comply with; and
      (c) agree to bring to the attention of others, as required below, the Terms & Conditions of Entry.
    2. A Home Match Ticket permits you to occupy at the Match the seat indicated on the Home Match Ticket or such other alternative seat of equivalent value as the Club may allocate to you at its reasonable discretion. All access to the Ground pursuant to a Home Match Ticket shall be for the purposes of private enjoyment of the Match only, not for any commercial purpose (and no authorisation is given or implied in respect of the carrying out of any commercial activities).
    3. Nothing in these Conditions of Issue shall constitute or imply any entitlement to occupy the seat indicated on the Home Match Ticket in any subsequent Match or season.
    4. Save as set out in clause 2.5 below, you shall not capture, log, record, transmit, play, issue, show or otherwise communicate (by digital or other means) any Material in relation to the Match, any players or other persons present in the Ground and/or the Ground, nor may you bring into the Ground or use within the Ground (or provide to, facilitate or otherwise assist another person to use within the Ground) any equipment or technology which is capable of capturing, logging, recording, transmitting, playing, issuing, showing or otherwise communicating (by digital or other means) any such Material. Any person acting in breach of this provision may have such equipment or technology confiscated and/or will be required to deliver up any tapes, films, disks, memory cards, memory sticks or other recordings of the Material (and all copies thereof) in whatever form, to the Premier League and/or the Club and the copyright, database right and all other rights, title and interest in and to all Material is hereby assigned to the Premier League, including by way of present assignment of future copyright pursuant to section 91 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. You further agree (if and whenever required to do so by the Premier League) to promptly execute all instruments and do all things necessary to vest the right, title and interest in such rights to the Premier League absolutely and with full title guarantee.
    5. Mobile telephones and other mobile devices are permitted within the Ground PROVIDED THAT
      (a) they are used for personal and private use only (which, for the avoidance of doubt and by way of example only, shall not include the capturing, logging, recording, transmitting, playing, issuing, showing, or any other communication of any Material for any commercial purposes); and
      (b) no Material that is captured by a mobile telephone or other mobile device may be published or otherwise made available to any third parties including, without limitation, via social networking sites.
    6. Save for official Club merchandise and/or other football related clothing worn in good faith, you shall not bring into, use, wear, or display within the Ground any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials. No clothing should be worn that could in any way be seen to promote racial or any form of discrimination which could lead to offence.
    7. You shall not offer or distribute (either free or for sale by any person) within the Ground any consumer article or commercial product of any nature. For the avoidance of doubt this clause shall not prevent the lawful distribution of text publications in any format which do not infringe clause 2.5 above where both the content and the publication are lawful in all respects and do not in the Club's reasonable opinion constitute a threat to public order.
    8. The Club reserves the right to refuse admission to, or eject from, the Ground any person who fails to comply with the Terms & Conditions of Entry.
    9. Without prejudice to the representation at clause 1.2, above, and in light of the Home Match Ticket holders being grouped together in designated areas, any attempt to gain access to the Ground wearing or carrying apparel (including, without limitation, hats and/or scarves) that demonstrate support for the Visiting Club, may result in admission being refused or you being ejected from the Ground and in such circumstances no refund or alternative seat will be offered.
    10. For the safety of infants and all supporters, Home Match Tickets are not available for infants under the age of 2 or babes in arms at any time during the Season and no infant under the age of 2 or babes in arms is allowed entry to the Ground to attend a Match.
    11. Children under the age of 12 years MUST be accompanied by someone aged 18 or over.
  3. Use of Home Match Ticket
    1. Subject to clause 3.3, below, the Home Match Ticket is issued for your sole use and you shall not sell, dispose of, assign, transfer or otherwise deal with the Home Match Ticket or the benefit of it to any other person without the prior written consent of the Club. Further you shall not use the Home Match Ticket for any commercial purpose. The reference to selling the Home Match Ticket includes:
      (a) offering to sell a Home Match Ticket (including, without limitation, via any website or online auction site);
      (b) exposing a Home Match Ticket for sale;
      (c) making a Home Match Ticket available for sale by another person;
      (d) advertising that a Home Match Ticket is available for purchase, which for the avoidance of doubt (and by way of example only) means that this Home Match Ticket may not be offered as a prize in any promotion or competition;
      (e) transferring, lending or selling a Home Match Ticket to any third party as part of a hospitality or travel package; and
      (f) giving (or offering to give) a Home Match Ticket to a person who pays or agrees to pay for some other goods or services (or offers to do so); all save as expressly authorised by the Premier League or the Club.
    2. The unauthorised sale or disposal of a Home Match Ticket may amount to a criminal offence under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, as amended by the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006. The Club will inform the police when it becomes aware that a Home Match Ticket has been sold, or disposed of illegally and will press for charges to be brought against those breaking this law. If you are convicted of a ticket touting offence, or we reasonably suspect you have committed such an offence, we will notify the Premier League who may in turn notify other football clubs, event holders and/or the relevant law enforcement authorities. The information that we share may include your personal data, information about the offence and about ticket purchases (including payment details). We will use this to identify and prevent ticket touting offences and disorder at matches.
    3. If more than one Home Match Ticket is issued to you, one Home Match Ticket must be retained by you, for personal use (subject to the provisions below) and the remainder may be transferred to your Guest(s) for his/her/their personal use only PROVIDED THAT such transfer takes place in consideration of no payment or benefit in excess of the face value of the Home Match Ticket, and such transfer does not take place in the course of any business or for the purpose of facilitating any third party's business. Such transfer to any Guest will be subject to the Terms & Conditions of Entry which will (save for any rights to transfer under this clause) apply to and bind each Guest as if he/she was the original purchaser of the Home Match Ticket (and you must inform the Guest(s) of this). You will provide the name and address of your Guest(s) when asked to do so by any official, steward or employee of the Club and/or any police officer. In the event that you and/or your Guest(s) are unable to use any Home Match Ticket then you may transfer that Home Match Ticket(s) to a natural person who is known to you personally and who would be entitled (under the Terms & Conditions of Entry and otherwise) to purchase such Home Match Ticket and attend such Match PROVIDED THAT such transfer takes place in consideration of no payment or benefit in excess of the face value of the Home Match Ticket, and such transfer does not take place in the course of any business or for the purpose of facilitating any third party's business. Such transfer will be subject to the Terms & Conditions of Entry which will (save for any rights to transfer under this clause) apply to and bind the transferee as if he was the original purchaser of the Home Match Ticket (and you must inform the transferee of this). You will provide the name and address of the transferee when asked to do so by any official, steward or employee of the Club and/or any police officer.
    4. The Home Match Ticket will remain the property of the Club at all times and must be produced together with evidence of your identity if required to do so by any official, steward or employee of the Club or any police officer. The Club reserves the right to require the immediate return of the Home Match Ticket at any time.
    5. Any Home Match Ticket obtained or used in breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry shall be automatically void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such Home Match Ticket shall be nullified. Any person seeking to use a Home Match Ticket in breach of the Terms and Conditions of Entry in order to gain entry to the Ground or remain at a Match will be considered to be a trespasser and will be refused entry to, or ejected from, the Ground in respect of a particular Match and/or may have his/her Home Match Ticket cancelled or withdrawn. In the event of any cancellation and withdrawal in accordance with this clause 3.5, no refund shall be payable. The Club further reserves its right to take any legal or disciplinary action against any person(s) as it sees fit in connection with such matters, including a claim for an account of any profits made from an unauthorised use of a Home Match Ticket.
  4. Changes to Dates, Postponements and Abandonments
    1. No guarantees can be given by the Club that the Match will take place at a particular time or on a particular date. Subject to clauses 4.2 to 4.3, below, the Club reserves the right to reschedule any Match without notice and without any liability whatsoever.
    2. In the event of the postponement or abandonment of the Match prior to kick off (or if the Match has, for any reason, to be played out of view of the public), you will be entitled to receive the equivalent ticket for the subsequent re-arranged Match via such application procedure as the Club stipulates.
    3. In the event of the abandonment of the Match after kick off you will be entitled to receive half price admission in the event that the Match is rearranged via such application procedure as the Club stipulates.
    4. The Club will have no further liability whatsoever in relation to clauses 4.2 to 4.3, including (but not limited to) any indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of enjoyment or travel/accommodation costs.
  5. Lost or Stolen Home Match Tickets
    1. In order to gain admission to the Ground, the Home Match Ticket must be presented in its entirety at the Match.
    2. The Club shall not be obliged to issue any replacement for a lost, stolen or destroyed Home Match Ticket.
  6. Cancellation & Withdrawal of Home Match Ticket
    1. Without prejudice to any other remedies it may have, the Club shall have the right in the case of any serious or persistent breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry to cancel and withdraw any Home Match Ticket issued to you. In the event of such cancellation no refund will be paid. Without prejudice to the general nature of the above, the following actions shall constitute serious breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry:
      1. smoking in designated non-smoking areas;
      2. being (or appearing to be) drunk or intoxicated;
      3. persistent standing in seated areas whilst the Match is in progress;
      4. the sale or transfer (save as permitted) of a Home Match Ticket to any person;
      5. the deliberate misuse of a Home Match Ticket;
      6. any misrepresentation in relation to clause 1.2 above;
      7. the possession of a banner or flag or wearing of clothing that bears material or slogans that are foul, offensive, obscene, abusive or racist;
      8. the throwing of any object within the Ground that may cause injury, damage, distress or annoyance to people or property without lawful authority or excuse;
      9. whether at the Ground, or, travelling to a Match:
        1. the use of foul, offensive, obscene, abusive and/or racist language and/or gestures;
        2. the chanting of anything of an indecent or racist nature ;
        3. fighting, or engaging in and/or inciting violence;
      10. bringing any of the following into the Ground (or using them within the Ground): illegal drugs; other illegal substances; fireworks; firecrackers; smoke canisters; air horns; flares; laser devices; bottles; glass vessels or any item that might be used as a weapon or compromise public safety;
      11. entering the playing area or any adjacent area to which spectators are not generally admitted without lawful authority or excuse;
      12. the supply of any misleading or incorrect information in any application;
      13. any breach of clauses 2.4, 2.5 or 2.6 above; and
      14. any failure to pay or default of payment in respect of any sums owing to the Club (or any third party) in respect of any Home Match Ticket.
    2. The Club may conduct security searches where it has reason to believe that any of the breaches set down in 6.1 has either occurred or may occur.
    3. If a Home Match Ticket holder is not 16 years old or over, his/her parent(s) and/or guardian(s) are responsible for his/her actions, conduct and compliance with the Terms and Conditions of Entry.
    4. In the event that your Home Match Ticket is withdrawn or cancelled the Club reserves the right to exclude you from any membership scheme maintained or organised by the Club and/or to disqualify you from applying for any Match ticket or season ticket at its discretion and to notify any Football Authority and/or other football clubs of such exclusion and/or disqualification (and the reason(s) for such exclusion and/or disqualification).
  7. Filming, photography and taping
    1. All Home Match Ticket holders who enter the Ground acknowledge that photographic images and/or audio, visual and/or audio-visual recordings and/or feeds (and/or stills taken therefrom) may be taken of them and may also be used, by way of example and without limitation, in televised coverage of the game and/or for promotional, training, editorial or marketing purposes by the Club, the Premier League or others (including commercial partners and accredited media organisations), and use of a Home Match Ticket to enter the Ground constitutes consent to such use.
  8. Exclusion of Liability
    1. The Club hereby excludes any liability for loss, injury or damage to persons/property in or around the Ground except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from any negligence of the Club or any other liability of the Club which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
    2. Neither the Premier League nor the Club shall be responsible for any interruptions and/or restrictions to the view of the Match caused by virtue of
      (i) the position of the seat and/or
      (ii) the actions of other spectators.
  9. General
    1. The Club reserves the right to change these Conditions of Issue from time to time, and shall notify you of such changes if they materially affect your rights as a consumer.
    2. You consent to the Club holding and processing data relating to you for administrative and legal purposes. The personal data that you provide to the Club shall be processed, stored and transferred in accordance with the terms of the Club's privacy policy (which can be found on or accessed via the Club's website at www.cpfc.co.uk or can be provided upon written request to the Club).
    3. The invalidity or partial invalidity of any provision of these Conditions of Issue shall not prejudice or affect the remainder of these Conditions of Issue, which shall continue in full force and effect. If any invalid, unenforceable or illegal provision of this agreement would be valid, enforceable and legal if some part of it were deleted, the provision shall apply with the minimum modification necessary to make it legal, valid and enforceable.
    4. The Club's failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right, power or remedy provided by these Conditions of Issue or by law shall not constitute a waiver of that right, power or remedy.
    5. The Terms and Conditions of Entry constitute the entire agreement between the Club and the Home Match Ticket holder and neither the Club nor the Home Match Ticket holder shall have any claim or remedy in respect of any statement, representation, warranty or undertaking made by or on behalf of any other party in relation to the Terms and Conditions of Entry which is not set out therein.
    6. If there is any conflict, ambiguity or inconsistency between any provision of these Conditions of Issue and any provision of the Ground Regulations, the relevant provision of these Conditions of Issue shall take precedence.
    7. Notwithstanding any other provision in these Conditions of Issue and with the exception of any Football Authority, no other person other than you or the Club has any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to rely on or enforce any term of these Conditions of Issue. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available other than as a result of the aforementioned Act.
    8. These Conditions of Issue and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales in relation to any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Conditions of Issue (including in relation to any non-contractual disputes or claims).
  10. Definitions

    In the Conditions of Issue the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:

    "Conditions of Issue" means these terms and conditions governing the issue and use of a Home Match Ticket.

    "Football Authority" means each of the Premier League, The Football League, The Football Association, The Football Association of Wales, FIFA, UEFA and other relevant governing body of association football.

    "Ground" means the football stadium and all other locations owned, occupied or utilised by the Club.

    "Ground Regulations" means those ground regulations issued by the Club from time to time that set out the terms and conditions upon which spectators are granted entry to the Ground which can be found on or accessed via the Club's website at www.cpfc.co.uk or can be provided upon written request to the Club.

    "Guest" means a relative, friend, colleague and/or companion to the disabled who would be entitled to purchase a Home Match Ticket under the Terms & Conditions of Entry.

    "Home Match Ticket" means a printed paper ticket or any other form of ticket (and/or any rights arising out of or in connection with any of the foregoing) for admission to the Match.

    "Match" means that Premier League football match in which the Club participates and that takes place at the Ground during Season 2016-2017 as designated upon the ticket to which these Conditions of Issue apply.

    "Material" means any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data.

    "Terms & Conditions of Entry" means each of the rules and regulations of any Football Authority; the Ground Regulations; and the Conditions of Issue.

    "Visiting Club" means the football club playing against the Club.
